The man accused of robbing RBC in Napanee will stand trial in Superior Court. 34 year old Andrew Lamore was transferred from the Ontario Court of Justice to the Superior level last week. He’ll be in Napanee Court for a judicial pretrial February 8th. Back in May it’s alleged he robbed the CIBC branch in Brighton then hit Napanee RBC in June. He was arrested six days later for his initial robbery in Brighton and was charged in July with robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent and two counts of failing to comply with probation. Lamore is still before the courts on his Brighton robbery charges. No trial date has yet been set.
