Join Loyalist Township for Light Up the Season, a beloved annual celebration that brings the community together to welcome the festive season in style! This family-friendly event is packed with holiday cheer, heartwarming activities, and magical moments. Enjoy wagon rides, festive music, milk & cookies, hot chocolate, marshmallow roasting, ornament making, visits with Santa and his reindeer, and the tree lighting ceremony. The lights adorning the trees in Fairfield Park will be lit for the first time and continue lighting up nightly until February.

Parking and shuttle:
To ensure a smooth experience guests are encouraged to park at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre and ride the free shuttle service running every 15 minutes starting at 2:45 p.m. The parking lot at Fairfield Park is reserved for accessible parking only. Parking is not permitted along Highway 33 during the event.
