Loyalist Township is inviting residents and visitors to explore local history and culture during Doors Open Ontario on June 20.
The free event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and feature 20 participating locations across Bath, Odessa, Wilton, Amherstview and Amherst Island.
Visitors will have access to museums, churches, farms, galleries and historic community spaces through guided tours, exhibits and family-friendly activities.
Featured attractions include rescue animals at Second Chance Ranch, hiking trails and farm experiences at Topsy Farms, basket-making demonstrations at Babcock Mill and cheese tasting at Wilton Cheese Factory.
Organizers say the event highlights the heritage, creativity and community spirit of Loyalist Township.
Visitors who stop at five or more sites will also have a chance to win one of two $100 prizes.
