The Culture Talks series is returning to the Bath Museum this spring, offering residents a chance to learn more about local history and heritage through storytelling.
Loyalist Township Mayor Jim Hegadorn says the program is designed for anyone interested in the past.
The series includes three sessions, each held on the third Monday of the month from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Local historian Michael McKinnon will lead the April session, sharing his research and knowledge about the area.
In May, David Archibald will present “Songs of the Great Lakes,” exploring stories and events tied to the region’s waterways.
The final session on June 22 will feature Lloyd Theron, who will speak about the War of 1812 and its impact on Bath and the Lake Ontario region.
Hegadorn says each speaker brings a unique perspective. He adds the one-hour format keeps the talks engaging and informative.
