Local first responders will swap their uniforms for hockey gear later this month as firefighters face off against Lennox and Addington OPP officers in a charity game.
myFM spoke with Napanee Firefighter Aimee-Lee, who told us more about the Battle of the Badges.
The March 28th event is family-friendly and free to attend, with donations encouraged.
A chuck-a-puck contest will be held between periods, offering fans a chance to win a prize.
Aimee-Lee says the game is meant to raise funds while also giving the public a chance to connect with local first responders.
A public information table will be set up, allowing attendees to meet and speak with firefighters.
