Community partners are asking residents to help shape a new online tool called Quinte Compass, designed to connect equity-deserving residents with services and supports across the region.
The project is a collaboration between Loyalist College’s Centre for Healthy Communities, the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board, Quinte Immigration Services, Belonging Re-Defined, and the City of Belleville’s Economic Development department.
Quinte Compass will act like a dashboard, guiding users to relevant resources and strengthening connections across urban and rural communities. Feedback from a short survey, open during March and April 2026, will help ensure the tool is accurate, inclusive, and easy to navigate.
The tool is designed to support individuals and communities who face systemic barriers, including racialized groups, visible minorities, persons with disabilities, and 2SLGBTQIA+ residents.
Residents and organizations are encouraged to complete and share the survey at https://bit.ly/QuinteCompass. The tool is expected to launch in late 2026.
