The Greater Napanee Fire Department is spreading holiday cheer by providing gifts for 170 children and food baskets for 80 families in the community. This marks the 19th year the department has run its annual Firefighter’s Toy & Food Drive.
Officials thanked local businesses and organizations for their support, including Spuds Restaurant, which donated proceeds from the Firefighter’s Breakfast. Other businesses contributed turkeys, ground beef, groceries, and gifts to help families in need.
The department also acknowledged the sponsors of the 2026 Greater Napanee Fire Department Calendar for their contributions.
Community members who donated to the Toy & Food Drive were praised for their generosity, highlighting the important role the public plays in making this annual tradition possible.
