The Quinte Woodland Conference is back this fall, offering landowners, nature enthusiasts and forestry professionals a full day of learning and networking.
myFM spoke with Susan Moore, who let us know when this years conference is taking place.
This years keynote speaker is Ethan Tapper, a Vermont forester and author of How to Love a Forest.
Other sessions will focus on wildfire protection, tree plantation cooperatives and succession planning for landowners who want to conserve their property for future generations.
