Ontario is offering $5 million through the RAISE program to help racialized and Indigenous entrepreneurs start or grow their businesses.
The 2025–26 Racialized and Indigenous Supports for Entrepreneurs (RAISE) program will support more than 400 business owners with free online training from DMZ at Toronto Metropolitan University, coaching, networking, and a $10,000 grant after completion.
Applications are open until October 1, 2025.
Citizenship and Multiculturalism Minister Graham McGregor said programs like RAISE are about building strong communities and boosting the economy.
Since its launch in 2022, RAISE has helped businesses like Crafty Ramen expand in cities like Kitchener and Guelph.
RAISE is part of a $15 million investment over three years to support small businesses across Ontario.
