Butter My Buns bakery, owned by Mary and Mike Magro, is a local favourite known for its delicious cakes, pastries, cookies, and breads. Originally from Guelph, the couple moved their bakery to Napanee, where they love the friendly community support.
The bakery is growing fast and will soon move to a bigger location on Richmond Boulevard, next to The Country Butcher. This new space will allow them to make more products and expand their offerings. Excitingly, Butter My Buns plans to start making Italian ice cream, known as gelato, in the near future.
Mary says supporting local businesses is very important and encourages people to shop in their own community. Customers agree, often sharing how much local shopping means to them.
