UPDATE: The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad has shared that a Federal Offender who went unlawfully at large on August 26, 2024, has been apprehended in Mallorytown, ON.
Nolan Pichette is serving a 3-year, 7-month sentence for;
- Discharge a Firearm into or at a Place in a Reckless Manner.
- Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm.
- Fail to Comply-Undertaking.

Original Article September 9, 2024 10:18am: The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public’s help in locating Nolan Pichette, a federal offender wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant. Pichette, a 24-year-old Indigenous male, breached his Statutory Release conditions.
He is described as 5’9″ (175 cm) tall, weighing 185 lbs (84 kg), with brown hair and brown eyes. Pichette is serving a 3-year, 7-month sentence for the reckless discharge of a firearm, possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm, and failure to comply with an undertaking.
Authorities believe he frequents the areas of Ottawa, Napanee, North Frontenac Township, and Cornwall, Ontario.
