The Lennox and Addington County OPP were busy over the weekend, recovering four stolen vehicles.
On Saturday, police found a stolen vehicle parked at a local business on County Road 41. The driver, Raymond French, 54, from Petawawa, was arrested. He was charged with possessing property obtained by crime over $5000 and released on bail.
Later that day, a stolen vehicle and excavator were discovered burned on County Road 14. Police discovered that the vehicle and excavator was stolen out of Frontenac Township. The suspects fled the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
Then on Sunday, an abandoned stolen Kubota RTV was found in a field on Cutler Road in Stone Mills Township. No suspects were found, and the investigation is ongoing.
