The Lennox and Addington OPP have charged Alan Baker, 46, of Tyendinaga Township, with impaired driving after a collision at Marysville Road and Waddingham Road in Tyendinaga Township.
Responding to a call about the crash February 6 shortly after 1:00 a.m., officers found the intoxicated driver had left the scene but located him at home later.
BAKER faces charges for impaired operation and exceeding the legal blood alcohol limit.
Released with conditions, he is scheduled to appear in court on February 27, 2024, with a 90-day license suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment.
