Kingston’s Large Venue Entertainment Centre, currently called the Leon’s Centre, is getting a new name soon.
Kingston City Council will decide on a new partner for the naming rights at their meeting next week.
An expression of interest for naming rights was issued and after consideration, the proposed new name for the venue is Slush Puppie Place.
Slush Puppie Canada has proposed a 15-year deal to pay $135,000 each year for the naming rights. This shows a big commitment from Slush Puppie Canada to help with the events and programs at the venue.
