The Quinte Curling Club is hosting the 2024 Master Men’s & Women’s Championship this week for curlers aged 60 and above.
QCC volunteers will assist with welcoming spectators, managing the canteen, and organizing team meals. The tournament runs from Wednesday, December 13 to Sunday, December 17.
Sixteen teams from across the province will start playing at 1 pm on Wednesday. One QCC team, led by Bill Hope with teammates Bill Leitch, Randy Hutchinson, and Ron Meeks, qualified for the Men’s event. Two women’s teams, Team Willemsen and Team Leitch, competed but did not qualify.

The Masters Championships winner will represent Ontario at the 2024 Canadian Masters Championships in Saguenay, Quebec, in April 2024.
