The Ontario Provincial Police are looking into a two-vehicle collision that happened on Hwy 401, just west of Marysville Road.
Lennox and Addington OPP say took place on July 15, around 11:30 p.m.
A truck towing a car and an SUV were involved. The truck lost control and ended up stopped in the live lanes, and the SUV collided with it.
Tragically, one person from the SUV was confirmed deceased at the scene, and the rest were taken to the hospital with injuries of unknown severity.
The OPP Technical Investigators and Collision Reconstructionist are currently on the case to figure out what happened.
