The Mohawk’s of the Bay of Quinte signed a contract with the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board.
Several communities, including Brighton, Belleville and Quinte West have announced they are entering longer term contracts with the board.
The contract was signed following the confirmation of a 5-year Memorandum of Understanding between each of the communities and the Marketing Board.
This partnership will help to facilitate growth to tourism and resident attraction for MBQ’s future.
Later in 2023, Bay of Quinte will enter similar discussions for a long-term partnership with Greater Napanee, who joined the Marketing Board midway through the previous term of Council and currently has an MOU in place through to March 2024.
