A Deseronto woman has been charged after being turned over to police.
Early morning June 15th, OPP visited the Belleville Police Service and turned over a female wanted on warrants held by the Belleville Police.
The warrants stem from an intimate partner violence (IPV) investigation.
A 27-year-old female was arrested on the strength of the warrants which were for assault, fail to comply with undertaking x2, fail to comply with summons, fail to attend court and fail to attend for fingerprints.
She was released with a future court date.
The name of the accused is not being released in order to protect the identity of the victim.
