The OPP ROPE Squad is searching for a 60 year old female who breached her statutory release.
Brenda Biggar, a Federal Offender known to frequent Kingston and Belleville, is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant.
She is serving a two year sentence for Possession of a Schedule 1 and 2 substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, operation while prohibited and fail to comply with order.
The offender is described as 5’2 176 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. She also has several tattoos consisting of a Tazmanian Devil on her right upper arm, a Chicken Hawk on her right shoulder and “Chris” on her right ankle.
