A 22-year-old is facing charges, after Kingston Health Sciences Center discovered an individual was not qualified to be working there.
On February 1st a report was filed with Kingston Police and as a result of findings by the Fraud Unit, the accused turned themselves in to police on May 3rd.
Charges include fraud over $5000, False pretense and three counts of uttering a forged document.
The accused was released with a future court date.
