One man from Tweed is celebrating after winning a Lotto Max second place prize.
William Elson won over $230,000 in the September 13th draw.
The 49-year-old truck driver says he’s played the lottery regularly for 20 years.
He says he almost dropped to the floor after checking his ticket and seeing he was a big winner.
Plans are to invest his winnings, purchase a new truck and maybe take a holiday in the future.
