The Odessa Agricultural Society and Loyalist Township are teaming up to co-host a Halloween event for families this fall! The fun will take place on October 30th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at the Odessa Fairgrounds.
myFM spoke with Lyndsay Tee, Manager of Heritage, Culture and Tourism, who told us about some of the classic activities taking place again this year.
There will also be a photobooth and music thanks to their sponsor, Stage One Real Estate Team.
New this year, families will be able to take part in spook-free, safe, and accessible Trunk-or-Treating. Amber Meyer, Cultural Development Coordinator, told us almost 30 different organizations and vehicles will be in attendance.
Anyone interested in registering a vehicle to participate as a trunk is asked to register before October 21st
The township has collaborated with the Lennox & Addington Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee and Treat Accessibility on this event.
