A Harrowsmith man has won over $286,000 after winning the second prize in the May 27th LOTTO MAX draw. 67 year old David Bayly, who plays the lottery only once per week, says he was in complete shock when he found out how much he had won. Bayly plans to buy an electric truck with his winnings. The ticket was purchased at Ultramar on Bonjour Boulevard in Madoc.
