The Alzheimer Society of KFL&A has an upcoming fundraising event that’s been two years in the making.
myFM spoke with Lesley Kimble, Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator, who told us they were to host a small art auction in March of 2020, but that was cancelled due to Covid.
Community members are encouraged to come out to the St. John Anglican Church Hall in Bath, across from the pickleball courts this upcoming Saturday and Sunday, July 9 and 10.
Items up for grabs at the auction are currently available for viewing online.
Kimble wanted to thank all of the people involved in this fundraiser and for the local business community who’s who made donations to the auction. All of the money that they raise will be staying right here in KFL&A.
