Napanee’s J.J. O’Neill Catholic School has been selected by the province of Ontario and Infrastructure Ontario as a Rapid Build Pilot Project.
Ontario is providing funds to support selected schools with construction, repair, and renewal and create new licensed child care spaces across the province.
In February a $9.9 Million investment was announced for improvements to be made to the school site.
Now the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board is working in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Infrastructure Ontario to discuss the use modular construction methodologies and to establish the project launch date, schedule, and completion timeline.
