The Maple in the County (M I T C) Planning Committee has made the decision to cancel this springs event.
The M I T C committee said in a release they “felt that at this time we needed to stay strong, based on the current and evolving COVID situation. Our frontline healthcare personnel have been doing an amazing job for our community. We did not feel it would be proper to possibly tax them further unnecessarily at this time.”
They thank their “off the farm” participants for their understanding. They look forward to 2023 hoping to resume the popular Maple in the County celebrations.
The members of Maple in the County Maple Syrup Producers will be open throughout the spring for sales of quality maple products.
