Charges were laid following a collision in Tyendinaga Township.
On Monday Afternoon, Lennox and Addington OPP responded and located a single vehicle in the ditch after the driver lost control while traveling on Blessington Road.
No one was injured in the collision however police determined that the driver was showing signs of impairment.
The 36-year-old driver of Roslin has been charged with Operation While Impaired and Operating a motor vehicle while over legal blood alcohol limit.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Court in Greater Napanee on January 4, 2022.
The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
