An individual has been charged following a disturbance at a business in Picton Saturday afternoon.
Prince Edward County OPP arrived and conducted an investigation where it was discovered that the suspect was wanted in relation to a domestic assault occurrence that happened the afternoon of October 5.
The individual was located on Elk Street and was arrested and charged with Assault, Uttering threats- cause death or bodily harm, and Causing a disturbance.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton at a later date.
The name of the accused is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
