To assist with the control of the COVID-19 pandemic and support Kingston’s emergency order – police will be keeping an eye on Breakwater Park.
Increased surveillance and closure of the Park follows this week’s incident that saw police and bylaw enforcement officers called several times to answer crowd complaints.
While there were a lot of people, mostly in groups of five which is permitted – Police say there is a stay-at-home order in effect. Only essential trips are permitted – with certain exemptions.
