YMCA locations in Kingston and Brockville have enhanced their safety protocols due to recent provincial announcements.
The YMCA Eastern Ontario states access will be limited to those in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, Lanark and the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.
Anyone wishing to attend YMCA locations in those areas will be asked to provide government issued ID with proof of residence.
The YMCA has many protocols in place including increased signage along with increased cleaning and sanitization.
