Loyalist Township is looking to hire a new Township Clerk to oversee its Clerk’s Division and provide support and advice to municipal council and senior staff.
The permanent, full-time position is based in Odessa and reports to the Director of Corporate Services, Strategy and Innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending council meetings, maintaining official municipal records, overseeing freedom of information requests and helping manage municipal elections.
The Township says it is looking for an experienced and collaborative leader who can support transparency, accountability and public involvement in municipal decision-making.
The position is being advertised to fill a vacancy.
