A 29-year-old woman from Innisfil has died following a two-vehicle collision in Central Frontenac Township.
Frontenac OPP say emergency crews responded to the crash on Highway 7 near Arden Road shortly after 2:45 p.m. Monday.
The woman was driving one of the vehicles and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police are continuing their investigation with help from the OPP East Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team.
Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage and has not yet spoken with police to come forward.
