Residents will have opportunities to hear from municipal election candidates as All Candidates Meetings are planned across Lennox and Addington County.
The Lennox and Addington Chamber of Commerce is organizing meetings for Greater Napanee, Loyalist Township and Stone Mills Township ahead of the Oct. 26 municipal election.
Greater Napanee’s meeting is scheduled for Oct. 6 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Best & Bash Arena Banquet Hall. 88.7 myFM’s Emily Chatwood will moderate.
Stone Mills Township’s meeting will take place Oct. 8 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Enterprise Hall, with Todd Steele serving as moderator.
Details for the Loyalist Township meeting have not yet been announced.
Addington Highlands will have its All Candidates Meeting hosted by Frontenac News, as in previous elections.
The Chamber is accepting questions from residents to ask candidates during the meetings. A form to submit questions is available on the Chamber’s website.
