The Glenora Ferry will be temporarily out of service early Thursday for maintenance work at the Adolphustown dock.
The Ministry of Transportation says ferry service will be suspended from midnight to 6 a.m. on Aug. 20.
The temporary closure is expected to affect overnight and early morning travel between the Glenora and Adolphustown areas. Motorists are encouraged to allow extra time for their trips while the ferry is out of service.
Drivers who need to cross during the closure are being asked to plan ahead and use alternate routes. Access will be available through County Road 49, Highway 62 and Highway 33.
