On July 15, the community will gather in Amherstview for a Volunteer Appreciation BBQ and TuNes Day concert at Loyalist Park.
The event will recognize local volunteers for their contributions to community programs, services, and events.
A free barbecue will begin at 6 p.m., followed by live music at 6:30 p.m. by The Stir as part of the TuNes Day summer concert series.
Volunteers play an important role in making Loyalist Township a welcoming and connected community. Their efforts support programs that improve quality of life for residents.
The event is supported by Enbridge Gas and is open to the public.
Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
