A new wellness and fitness space is taking shape in downtown Greater Napanee as The Edit HQ continues expanding services.
Located inside the former Napanee Beaver office building, the new business combines mental health supports, fitness programs, and wellness services under one roof.
General Manager Angela Kimmett said the goal is to create a welcoming community space focused on both physical and mental well-being.
Physiotherapy and massage therapy services are also expected to launch soon.
The downstairs area will feature fitness and recovery services including yoga, Pilates, strength classes, cardio programs, meditation, breath work, red light therapy, and a 24-hour gym.
Kimmett said movement and exercise can have a major impact on mental health.
The Edit HQ is also preparing for a larger grand opening celebration in mid-June, although several soft launches and community programs are already underway.
Kimmett, who has more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, said opening the business in her hometown has been especially meaningful.
Stay up to date with their opening and how they can help you better your mind and body on their website.
