The Town of Greater Napanee is inviting residents to file nomination papers for the 2026 municipal election.
Nomination forms can be submitted by appointment starting May 1 at 9 a.m. The deadline to file is August 21 at 2 p.m.
Officials say those interested in running for town council must be Canadian citizens, at least 18 years old, and either live in or own property in Greater Napanee.
More information about the nomination process is available on the town’s website, and residents can also email elections@greaternapanee.com with questions.
