The Lennox and Addington Chamber of Commerce hosted their 13th annual Business Excellence Awards Gala Thursday evening, honouring the wonderful business community in L&A County.
The evening began with guest speaker Cynthia Surette, president of the Rotary Club of Napanee, who spoke about the wonderful work the club and local community partners have accomplished together in the last 100-years since the local club formed in 1926. She also highlighted their centennial project of putting a roof over Market Square, and their upcoming centennial gala.
Chamber president Ken Shurtliffe shared with myFM the awards night keep getting better each and every year.
This year a special award was handed out, the Chamber Honourary Award, which went to Pringle Ford for their multi-generational support to the community.
