Two people have been arrested after a police warrant operation in Stone Mills Township.
The Lennox and Addington County Ontario Provincial Police say officers spotted a wanted person fleeing on County Road 6 on April 1, 2026. Multiple units were called in, including the Canine Unit, Emergency Response Team, and the OPP East Region Offender Management and Apprehension Program.
Police say the coordinated effort led to the safe arrest of two local residents.
40-year-old Vincent Kellar from Stone Mills Township was charged with failure to comply with a release order and was held for a bail hearing in Greater Napanee.
A second 40-year-old, Angela Reynolds, was charged with obstructing a peace officer and was released with a future court date.
The OPP says the OMAP program is designed to track offenders who breach release conditions and ensure they are held accountable in the community.
