Two local residents were arrested Tuesday, March 10, just 24 hours after being released on previous charges. Officers from the Ontario Provincial Police East Region Offender Management and Apprehension Program and Lennox and Addington County OPP located the two on Bridge Street in Napanee.
Justin Hutson, 42, from Napanee, was charged with possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, along with multiple counts of failing to comply with release and probation orders. Sarah Voss, 39, from Tyendinaga, was charged with failing to comply with a release order and a conditional sentence order.
Both were held in custody pending a bail hearing in in Greater Napanee on March 11.
