Agritourism businesses in Lennox and Addington are being invited to take part in a free development workshop in Napanee later this month.
Naturally L&A has partnered with Regional Tourism Organization South Eastern Ontario to host an Agritourism Development Workshop on March 24 at the Museum of Lennox and Addington.
The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will be led by tourism consulting firm Bannikin.
Organizers say the interactive session will help agritourism operators build a stronger vision for their businesses and plan for long-term success.
Participants will explore topics such as strategic planning, business model design, storytelling and future-focused planning for the agritourism sector.
The workshop will also introduce tools such as the Flourishing Business Canvas to help businesses develop new ideas and strategies.
Naturally L&A says the goal is to help local agritourism operators strengthen their businesses and adapt to future opportunities.
The workshop is free to attend, but space is limited and registration through Eventbrite is required.
