The Napanee Raiders opened their playoff journey Friday night, hosting the Port Hope Panthers in game 1 of their East Tod Division Quarter final series.
The Napanee Raiders were up 3-0 at the end of the first, thanks to goals by Mason Goodfellow, Spencer Cranley, and Ryan McGee. Within the first 2-minutes of the second period, Port Hope scored their first goal of the night. From there, it was all Raiders. Mason Goodfellow and Ben Kerr scoring to end the second period up 5-1. Then just one goal scored early in the third period, Matthew Airhart finding the back of the net for a 6-1 Raiders win!
Napanee Raiders goalie Jacob Brown made 18 saves on 19 shots on goal.
Saturday night, the Raiders made the trip to Port Hope. The Panthers were up 1-0 with 5-minutes left in the first period. The Raiders quickly tied it with a goal by Ben Kerr on the Power Play. The Raiders then took a 2-1 lead in the second period with a goal by Ryan McGee. A scoreless third period would end as a 2-1 Raiders win!

The Napanee Raiders are 2-0 in the playoffs. In the other Todd division matchups, Frankford leads Trent Hills 1-0 and Amherstview leads Picton 1-0.
