There’s still time left to take part in the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation’s January 50/50 draw, with a chance to win big while supporting local health care.
Amanda Chalk shared with myFM this month’s draw is a winner’s choice, allowing the winner to decide where their portion of funds will be directed.
Tickets can be purchased online at lacghfoundation5050.com or in person at the foundation office inside the hospital, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There’s a fun incentive this month… If the pot reaches $5,000, Amanda and Emily will be sledding down the hill at the golf course. Comment on our Facebook page with your suggestions as to what we sled down the hill on.
Looking back on 2025, the hospital foundation was able to support the hospital in a big way thanks to your support.
Looking ahead, the foundation says 2026 will be a busy year as they take over a new-to-them event.
Also on their 2026 calendar, the 29th annual foundation golf tournament set for July 29, and their annual Gala set for the fall.
