UPDATE 8:30AM: The Highway has reopened.

An update on the collision reported this morning on the Highway 401 Westbound at Palace Road in Napanee.
Two transport trucks were involved in the collision and injuries are being assessed.
OPP say to expect traffic delays and use alternate routes.
