A Napanee man is facing several serious charges after a violent incident sent one person to hospital earlier this month.
Lennox and Addington OPP say they were called just before 6 p.m. on November 8 after paramedics reported an injured person inside a home in Napanee. The victim was rushed to a local trauma centre with serious injuries.
Following an investigation, police charged 49-year-old Joshua Bulger of Napanee with attempted murder, forcible confinement, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm involving choking, and uttering threats.
The accused remains in custody. Police say Bulger is expected to appear for a bail hearing in Court in Greater Napanee at a later date.
