Three people have been charged following a drug investigation in Picton. On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, around 7:00 p.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) executed a search warrant at a residence on Evans Street. The operation was assisted by the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit, Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit, and Prince Edward County OPP.
Officers seized over 190 grams of suspected cocaine, 12 grams of suspected ecstasy (MDMA), more than $15,000 in cash, items linked to drug trafficking, and about $20,000 in jewelry.
Police arrested Trevor Hennessy, 40, and Brianna Skuffham-Connolly, 22, both of Picton, and Brandon Wanamaker, 37, of Milford. Charges include possession of schedule I substances for the purpose of trafficking, possession of prohibited devices, and possession of proceeds of crime.
Hennessy and Skuffham-Connolly remain in custody pending bail, while Wanamaker was released and will appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Picton at a later date.
