A Tamworth driver is facing multiple charges after a vehicle crashed into a house in Stone Mills early Friday morning.
Lennox and Addington County OPP say the crash happened shortly after midnight on October 31, 2025, on County Road 27. The vehicle struck the residence, but no injuries or major damage were reported.
Officers responded to the scene and arrested the driver, identified as 29-year-old Ryan Smith of Tamworth. He has been charged with operation while impaired by alcohol, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol level over 80 milligrams, and dangerous operation.
Smith was later released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court in Greater Napanee on November 18, 2025. The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days, and vehicle impounded.
