The Hastings and Prince Edward Homeless and Addiction Recovery Treatment Hub (HART Hub) has launched a new Mobile Outreach Program to bring mental health and addiction support directly to residents across Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.
The program uses mobile outreach vehicles staffed by paramedics and mental health and addiction workers to provide assistance wherever it is needed, including rural and remote areas. Communities served include Bancroft, Northport, and surrounding areas.
HART Hub’s initiative aims to make support more accessible for people facing mental health or addiction challenges, removing barriers caused by distance or limited local resources. The program ensures that help is available to everyone in the community, no matter where they live, and demonstrates HART Hub’s commitment to comprehensive, community-based care.
