Greater Napanee area residents looking to take charge of their health are invited to the 88.7 myFM / Amplifon Hearing Health and Wellness Expo this Saturday at the Best and Bash Arena from 9 am to 4 pm.
myFM’s VP of Content Rob Mise says visitors will have a chance to explore everything from nutrition and fitness to hearing and mental health.
Dozens of local vendors will be on-site to offer advice, services, and even one-on-one time. Mise say the event is designed to inspire attendees and make wellness more accessible — all under one roof.
This expo is part My Broadcasting Corporations goal to give back to the community and support healthy living across the region.
With free admission and plenty to see, we encourage everyone to bring friends and family and discover what’s available right in their own backyard.
