The Town of Deseronto has officially named Kris Brunton as its new Deputy Fire Chief, starting May 18, 2025. Brunton is a veteran member of the Deseronto Fire Department, bringing years of experience and a strong commitment to public safety to the role.
He is also a certified Emergency Vehicle Technician and has served as the town’s Community Emergency Management Coordinator (CEMC). His technical skills and leadership have been key assets to the municipality over the years.
Mayor Dan Johnston praised Brunton’s dedication, professionalism, and knowledge of emergency services. The appointment was welcomed by Council and the community as a positive step forward for local emergency response.
The Town says it is proud to support Brunton in this new leadership position. Officials look forward to his continued service and impact on public safety in Deseronto.
